The Brakeman’s Tool is a semi-automatic unit for breaking in and degassing new brake rotors and pads for bicycle brakes. It enables a precisely controlled break-in process and eliminates the need to break in the brakes on the road.

It is suitable for 5 different brake rotor diameters. The positioning plate ensures quick and secure adjustment of the brake caliper to the respective brake rotor diameter.

Several professional cycling teams are already using the Brakeman’s Tool.

• Mount the desired brake disc on the motor shaft
• Attach the corresponding brake caliper to the bracket
• Slide the brake caliper into position using the positioning plate and tighten the screws
• Press the button to start the time-controlled sequence for running-in and degassing, including cooling phases
